Refund policy
Unfortunately, I do not accept returns at this time on any product. Please email me at littlegreyloft@gmail.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Please inspect your order upon receiving your package and contact me within 5 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
Return Exceptions
If your item(s) arrive to your home defective, damaged or you receive the wrong item due to my mistake please send us an email to littlegreyloft@gmail.com within 5 days with photos and a description to begin the return/exchange process. Once your item(s) are accepted for a return/exchange, I will send you a pre paid shipping label for you to mail out your defective/wrong item(s). I strive for excellent customer service and I will make sure that the issue is resolved.
If you do not contact me within 5 days regarding a defective, damaged or wrong item, you will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
*Please note that if your item is damaged during transit/shipping, please email me detailed images of the item(s), packaging, and box within 5 days of receiving your package and I will assist you in opening up a claim with the postal company. Please keep all packaging materials in case you need to take it to your local postal/shipping company for claim purposes and/or inspection.*
Refunds
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and notify you of a return/exchange. If you are requesting a return, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. If you are requesting an exchange, you will be notified when your item is shipped with a tracking number.
